Job description: A digital payment solutions company is looking to hire a Business Development Consultant with solid sales experience as a Hunter. This is a fully remote work model, with a hybrid landing station in Pretoria. Get in contact with me if you meet the requirements.Job Requirements:
- Attract new business through promoting, marketing and selling existing products to customers within the scope of the company and profile.
- Expand existing business, support, assess, train and visit existing customers on a regular basis and maintain good customer relations.
- Identify and conduct market research on possible target markets.
- Market the product via telephone, cold calling and at venues.
- On a regular basis train and update users on the system and promote new functionality.
- Regularly interact with and visit all customers or their businesses.
- Arrange workshops for top clients to improve their product knowledge and successfully implement Products.
Experience:
- 5 years minimum relevant experience in sales, marketing and customer relationships.
- Managing clients and client relationships.
- Experience with direct customer contact.
- Experience with presenting proposals to clients on all levels.
- Working towards and achieved clear sales targets.
Education:
- Matric or NQF equivalent qualification is essential.
- Degree in marketing, advertising or communication is beneficial.
- Formal sales or marketing qualification would be preferred.
- Short courses will be advantageous.
- Sufficient knowledge of banking environment and payments solutions will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
