- Education & Certifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree or relevant hospitality training is a plus.
- Certifications:
- A Concierge certification (e.g., Les Clefs d’Or) is a plus, though not required.
- CPR and First Aid certification may be beneficial.
- Physical Demands:
- The role may require standing or sitting for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry items (such as bags or packages) weighing up to 25 lbs may be needed.
- Work Hours:
- The role may require evening, weekend, and holiday shifts depending on hotel operations.
- Experience:
- Previous experience in a concierge or guest services role, preferably within a hotel or resort setting.
- Strong knowledge of local attractions, dining, and services.
- Experience with concierge systems or software is an advantage.
