- Diploma / Degree in Graphic Design
- 3+ years Graphic Design experience
- Experience within the Real Estate industry will be beneficial but not essential
- Very creative
- Fluent in both Afrikaans and English (not negotiable)
Responsibilities:
Branding, marketing and designing:
- Implementing standard CI marketing materials from master template files as set out by the
- CI Guidelines and saving files correctly in open and print ready formats;
- Designing internal custom marketing material upon request
- Designing of customizable social media posts, flyers and self-promotion marketing material / tools for agents to use and customize as needed. This includes the saving of the artwork in ready to use editable format;
- Provide design support for event, promotions, awards and excursion trip material as needed.
- Editing new agent profile images in all required formats.
- Designing of formal corporate as well as ad hoc material as requested / needed by management.
- Continually explore avenues to expand and keep up to date brand collateral;
Template presentations
- Create, update and maintain template presentations in accordance with Employer’s Corporate Identity Manual and strategies.
- Assist management of the Employer with compilation and refinement of Power Point
Social media
- Create general brand related and consumer facing social media posts and stories as well as special days and holiday themed social media posts associated with the company’s social media platforms;
- Designing customisable templates, for agent customisation to be used on social media
- Post, interact and grow the company’s social media footprint, activity and follower
Specific branding initiatives
- Distribution of the Employer’s marketing material, branded material and related items;
- Quality control of the Employer’s marketing material, branded material and related items;
- Ensure correct use of the Employer’s CI and conformance to the relevant SOP’s.
Supply Chain Co-ordination
- Create art work, templates, social media material;
- Proof read and fact check all designs and material to ensure that material is free of grammatical, spelling as well as factual errors or misleading / objective statements
- Save files in applicable final digital or print ready formats as well as ready to use open files;
- Distribute and send material to applicable Independent Contractors as well as upload on to network server / Hive system with correct file naming and structure;
- Ensure correct quality and quantities are delivered and that all final material are of the highest standard and effectively communicate marketing messages and maintain the company’s visual standard and quality.
General duties and own office administration
- Perform own office administration and maintain a user-friendly filing system (manual and electronic) to ensure quick and easy reference to original documentation;
- Conform to all relevant standard operating procedures;
- Ensure data is backed up to the server at all times;
- Perform or assist with general duties of the Employer when and if required.
- Maintain a library of design templates, assets and stock images, vectors and mock-ups in a user friendly and efficient filing system;
