Job description: Job Summary
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: from job briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, to placing candidates.
- Source and attract candidates using various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Write and post job adverts that attract suitable candidates for different roles.
- Conduct candidate interviews, assess qualifications and suitability for roles, and provide feedback to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and advising them on best recruitment practices.
- Handle a variety of roles across different sectors, such as finance, engineering, IT, and more.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide ongoing support to candidates, including interview preparation, feedback, and post-placement follow-ups.
- Meet and exceed placement targets and KPIs set by the company.
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment, preferably as a generalist handling various industries.
- Proven ability to source and attract candidates through innovative methods.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best recruitment practices.
- High level of organisation, attention to detail, and time management skills.
