We are seeking a proactive and organized Executive and Marketing Assistant to support our leadership team and marketing function. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations and provides top-tier marketing support. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at communication and problem-solving.Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound phone and email inquiries.
- Respond to LinkedIn post comments.
- Create and post three daily social media posts, including biweekly infographics and blog posts.
- Send daily marketing emails to candidates.
- Upload CVs that cannot be processed by the parsing tool.
- Generate Excel sales reports.
- Create weekly team performance reports for Directors.
- Maintain up-to-date HR system data.
- Approve leave and absences via HR software.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as an Executive and/or Marketing Assistant.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Mailchimp.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive.
Expected salary: R27000 per month
