Job description: Job Summary Main Responsibilities:
- Electrical Building Services Design Engineer/Technologist supporting the Lead Engineer and Electrical Design teams for Building Services Projects.
- Compile/Prepare electrical design documentation for various building services projects (MV/LV reticulation, lighting & small power requirements, wireways for other services).
- Manage and contract supervision of Building Services projects – LV and MV expertise.
- Report writing, compiling of technical specification and bills of quantities.
- Prepare contract documentation.
- Liaise with clients, staff, and other professionals from inception to handover phase.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- B Eng, BSc Eng, BTech or NDip with Pr Tech Eng in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years’ post grad experience
- MUST be Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
- Previous Consulting Engineering experience
