This role involves managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and driving customer engagement to enhance our brand visibility and customer loyalty.Key Responsibilities:Social Media Management:Develop and implement a social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).Create and curate engaging content, including posts, stories, and videos.Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with our online community.Marketing Campaigns:Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote new products and seasonal offerings.Collaborate with local influencers and partners to expand brand reach.Content Creation:Design eye-catching graphics and promotional materials using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.Write compelling copy for social media posts, newsletters, and website updates.Analytics and Reporting:Track and analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.Provide regular reports on engagement, growth, and overall performance.Community Engagement:Organize and promote events, tastings, and promotions to engage with the local community.Build relationships with customers and gather feedback to improve our offerings.Stakeholder EngagementLiaise with landlords on various marketing opportunities.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Proven experience in social media management and marketing.Strong understanding of current social media trends and best practices.Excellent communication and writing skills.Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand building.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in graphic design tools is a plus.Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.What We Offer:A fun and dynamic work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Employee discounts on all bubble tea products.Job Type: Full-timePay: R15 000,00 – R18 000,00 per monthEducation:Diploma (Preferred)Experience:marketing: 2 years (Required)Location:Johannesburg, Gauteng (Required)Application Deadline: 2024/10/31Expected Start Date: 2024/11/15
