Job description: Company based in Cape-Town seeks a Warehouse AssistantMinimum Requirements:
- Matric
- Computer literate,
- Valid drivers license
- presentable with excellent command of the English language
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous experience working in a warehouse highly advantageous
- Ability to carry items of up to 25kg’s
- Previous experience in dealing with customers advantageous Willingness to undertake warehouse responsibilities, including retrieval operations and client collections.
- Candidates must be Cape-Town based
Duties: * Responsibility for developing sales, identifying customer needs, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Retrieval of items in warehouse
- General warehousing duties
- Deliveries to customers as well as to and from warehouse
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Data input on the computer so literacy is important
- Handle customer questions and complaints, communicates with customers, handles service problems politely and efficiently, is always available for customers, follows procedures to solve customer problems, understands company products and services, maintains pleasant and professional image.
Expected salary: R10000 – 15000 per month
