Our client in Cape Town is looking for a Site ForemanPOSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:
- Matric and related qualifications
- Perform all Foreman related tasks on a site /s which could relate to wet works, finishing or general foreman roles.
- Effectively manage any staff that may be assigned below you and their clock cards
- Keep checklists for assigned work packages for quality purposes
- Ensure all site measurements are checked and assist with inspection checklists
- Communicate daily site needs (material shortages etc)
- Ensure planned work is executed as per schedule agreed
- Ensure all materials are on site as required so there are no delays
- Manage quality on all site work
- Co-ordinate subcontractors / Suppliers
- Perform mini risk assessments for work planned
- Inspect tools to be used
- Be aware of Health & Safety rules in the workplace
