We are seeking a Senior Administrator to join our client’s team in the Construction Industry in Bloemfontein.Candidates who meet the minimum requirements are invited to apply.Minimum requirements:

- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Sage
- Minimum 5 years experience in an administrative role
- Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English

- Organize and maintain office systems, schedules, and supplies
- Handle emails, phone calls, and internal/external communications
- Assist with budgeting, process invoices, debtors and debt collection
- Maintain employee records, and manage payroll
- Maintain accurate records and files, both digital and paper
- Address client inquiries, ensure satisfaction, and manage customer data
- Ensure adherence to company policies and legal regulations
- Organize meetings, conferences, and company events
Remuneration:R 10 000 – R 12 000 basic, depending on experienceWorking hours:Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00IMPORTANT:
