Job description: Job Specification: Production Manager / Graphic DesignerHours are 3pm-12am or 4pm-1am with 1 hour lunch breakPosition Overview:
The Production Manager / Graphics role will report directly to senior partner who lives in America. The role consists of order processing, management production pipeline / Job Board and other special projects. Lots of opportunities for future advancement once proven to be competent. Must have coachable mindset with abillity to be versatile if needed. Self starter without micro management needed. The Ideal candidate would have experience or learn a small working knowledge in graphic design.(Knowledge of the promotional product, screen printing, embroidery or Signage industry would be a plus but not required.)Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the organization’s products or services to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.2. Be comfortable in a fast paced working environment with deadlines.3. Maintain meticulous records within the CRM system, recording artworks, presentations, and sales activities.4. Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to meet customer needs and ensure overall customer satisfaction.5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market developments to adapt sales strategies accordingly.6. Continuously enhance product knowledge and design knowledge through training sessions, self-study, and attending workshops or seminars.7. Is very on the ball, action/goal oriented to make sure orders and projects are all done within deadline and completed correctly.Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in related field is a plus.
2. Proven experience and success in Project/Production Management
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication with the ability to build rapport and engage customers effectively.
5. Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs and identify opportunities to offer appropriate solutions.
6. Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software, online tools, and design software.
7. Ability to work independently and efficiently, demonstrating discipline, resilience, and a positive attitude.
8. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to think creatively to overcome obstacles.
9. Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
10. High level of integrity, customer-centric approach, and commitment to providing excellent service.
11. Experience in specific industries or products may be required, and additional training will be provided on the organization’s offerings.Must speak English fluently.Must be coachable and responsible.Must be self sufficient in working without micro management.Have a high attention to detail.Must have 8GB Ram Desktop Computer with high download speed WI-FI.Backup power for your router and PC in case of a power outage.2-5 years of experience in the Production/Project/Order Management space. (Experience in the Promotional product, screenprinting, embroidery or Signage space would be a plus but not required.)
Expected salary: R21000 per month
