ABC Worldwide is looking for a dedicated Recruitment Officer to join our team and assist in filling positions for our International BPO operations. This role focuses primarily on executive and support level recruitment for both Voice and Non-Voice processes.
Basic Function
This position involves front-line hiring for various processes within the organization. The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for meeting hiring targets, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining a high quality of talent acquisition.
Essential Functions

Process Transactions:
- Ensure all transactions are processed according to policy and procedures.
- Maintain adherence to established attendance schedules.
- Comply with Company Policies and Procedures.

Meeting Targets:
- Achieve set targets on a monthly basis.
- Maintain an effective Offer to Joining Ratio for all offers made.
- Ensure the quality of candidates hired and on-boarded.
- Monitor and minimize the number of defects per offer made.
- Ensure 100% adherence to compliance requests and company policies.
- Quality and Compliance:
- Deliver intakes within timelines, ensuring high-quality standards.
- Processed transactions must comply with predefined parameters set by Process Excellence.
Primary Internal Interactions

Team Coordination:
- Collaborate with your team to ensure smooth coordination of recruitment activities.

Assistant Manager:
- Address escalations and unresolved issues.
- Participate in appraisals and performance reviews.

Manager:
- Resolve issues not addressable by the immediate supervisor.

Operations and Support Hiring Managers:
- Recruit candidates for specific processes and calibrate hiring requirements.
- Customer Experience Analysts and Trainers:
- Conduct Voice Capability assessments for candidates.
Primary External Interactions
- Vendors:
- Manage the hiring process by lining up candidates for interviews.
- Provide timely feedback on candidate performance and opportunities.
- Handle advertisements and promotion material.
- Maintain excellent communication with external candidates, offering feedback and updates.
Skills Required
Process Specific Skills:
- Proficiency in interviewing techniques.
- Capable of delivering constructive feedback.
Soft Skills (Minimum):
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Confidence and willingness to work in shifts.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Demonstrated ability to handle pressure in a cross-cultural environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office.

Education Requirements
- Minimum: Matriculation
- Preferred: Qualifications or active pursuit of a related field will be advantageous.
Work Experience Requirements
- Minimum 12 months of work experience in a similar role.
- Preferable experience in volume recruitment within a BPO or agency environment.
- Proven track record of delivering 100-150 FTE monthly.
- Experience with permanent, fixed-term, and part-time placements.
