Job description: Our client in the Property industry is looking for a Personal Assistant, in Sandton, Johannesburg.Responsibilities:
- Organize CEO’s calendar, including reminders and updates for upcoming meetings and events.
- Establish strong professional relationship with personnel at multiple levels whilst remaining flexible to take initiative and meet tight deadlines.
- Reporting to and assisting to financial advisor.
- Assisting with claims.
- Assisting with general administration.
- Assisting customers on the relevant application.
- Dealing with queries from the office.
- Generate reports using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
- Work closely with clients to understand desired results and manage expectations.
- Process and distribute incoming correspondence to relevant staff, facilitating team communication.
- Direct and action incoming and outgoing correspondence, including postal mail, email.
Requirements:
- 2 + years’ experience as a PA to Senior Executives or Directors.
- Matric is essential.
- Well-spoken to individual with ability to liaise directly with clients internationally.
- Good experience with MS Office Suite.
- Process and distribute incoming correspondence to relevant staff, facilitating team communication.
- Work closely with clients to understand desired results and manage expectations.
Remuneration:
- R20 00 – R35 000 per month.
Expected salary: R35000 per month
