Job description: We are looking for a superb Padel Sports Club Manager !This multifaceted position encompasses various responsibilities and tasks, contributing to the overall management and growth of the club. The manager is responsible for a team of employees at the padel club and works closely with the commercial management team and shareholders to deliver an exceptional product to our customers.Requirements:
- Matric
- Relevant work experience in a managerial role is advantageous, particularly in a similar role within the sports or leisure industry.
- Experience in customer service, event management is advantageous.
- Familiarity with first aid procedures or possessing first aid certification is advantageous.
- Passion for sport
Duties and responsibilities
- Host management tasks, including welcoming guests, playing padel with them if there are not enough opponents, explaining the rules of the game and creating a Whatsapp group for photo content and marketing
- Club management duties, including engaging with customers, opening and closing the club, ensuring policies and procedures are followed and that staff are rostered correctly
- Pro shop, including managing sales and stock of the pro shop, tracking rentals, marketing and sales of padel equipment
- Daily reporting, including padel court use percentage, daily cash ups, and reporting broken equipment for fixing
- Stock management
- Corporate and school bookings
