- Timesheet management and reporting
- Leave and Training administration
- Petty cash, travel and expense claims
- Some administrative support to two Directors
- Secretarial function on internal committees
- Travel and events support and organisation
- Marketing activities
- Light Reception duties
- Service Provider co-ordination
- On-site office management
This role requires:Proficiency in all of the following tools:
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
- Intermediate skills in PowerPoint, SharePoint & OneDrive
- Web browsers for search, research, purchasing
There are a number of other software tools that will be used. Thus an ability to quickly learn and use new software and technology is required.
- Very good level of verbal and written English language skills
- Good level of financial maths in order to work with timesheets, invoices, Excel spreadsheets
- Minimum Matric certificate and minimum 1 year commercial experience in an administrative role
Preference will be given to candidates with tertiary qualifications, and certifications in business administration, accounting or HR.
Expected salary: R15000 – 18000 per month
