As a Junior Mechanic, you will assist with the maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of vehicles while working under the guidance of experienced mechanics. - Perform basic vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Assist in diagnosing mechanical issues and conducting repairs under supervision.
- Keep tools and work areas clean and organized.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times.
- Communicate effectively with senior mechanics and supervisors.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Relevant certification or diploma in automotive repair (preferred but not mandatory).
- Basic knowledge of vehicle systems and repair techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
Expected salary: R15000 – 16000 per month
