- Coordinating and testing of installations and maintenance of security products
- Telephone assistance with trouble shooting, checking quality adherence and technical issues
- Setup configuration and testing off all equipment on internal systems
- Monitoring ticketing system
- Be on standby over weekends/after hours for any issues (roster within department)
- Ensure all asset information, technical information is up to date on internal systems
- Always ensure system integrity and data base integrity
Requirements:
- Matric Certificate
- Relevant qualification will be beneficial
- Customer Service Experience
- IT Support Experience
- It will be beneficial if has experience has been gained working with Security Technology products
Remuneration:
- Basic Salary R13 000 depending on experience
- Medical Aid
- Provident Fund
- 13th Cheque in Birthday Month
- Discretionary Performance Bonus in December
Expected salary: R13000 per month
