- 2 – 3 years catering experience
- Fantastic time management skills
- Fluent in MS Office, MS Word and MS Excel
- Guest-focused with a service-oriented management style
- Sound knowledge of Guest House Management
- Excellent customer service
- High level of telephone etiquette and an excellent all-rounder
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Professional and well groomed
