Job description: Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to join our client in Somerset West.Responsibilities include:
- Providing 5-star customer service to clients and visitors
- Greeting guests and maintaining a welcoming environment
- Ensuring the centre is “show ready” at all times
- Assisting with move-ins, onboarding, and daily operations
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, gathering feedback, and ensuring smooth departures
- Keeping accounts receivable up to date and supporting client events
- Handling various tasks such as light cleaning, mail delivery, package handling, meeting room setup, and administrative support
- Travelling between the Somerset and Stellenbosch branches whenever assistance is required
Requirements:
- Driver’s license and own transport (required)
- 2-3 years of Front of House experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service, operations, and sales experience
- Attention to detail
- Proactive, customer-first attitude
