- Matric
- Diploma in Hotel Management or Food and Beverage Management
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in luxury hospitality
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Familiarity with Opera and Micros systems
- Strong decision-making abilities

- Adaptability and flexibility
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of various dining outlets within the hotel
- Implement strategies to control operational costs and reduce wastage
- Fulfill duty manager shifts, serving as the highest-ranking authority on the property
- Collaborate with the Events Manager to organize and execute special events
- Assist in HR functions such as performance evaluations and disciplinary actions
- Provide regular reports on financial performance, inventory, and personnel matters
- Monitor monthly and annual budgets to ensure targets are met
