- Develop and maintain financial controls.
- Assist with budgeting and financial reporting.
- Prepare monthly and weekly financial reports.
- Oversee the year-end audit process.
- Manage and develop the accounting team.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years’ experience in financial accounting, ideally in the hospitality industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, ACCPAC, VIP Payroll, and NEBULA (advantageous).
- Strong leadership, self-motivation, and commercial acumen.
- Minimum: Matric (Grade 12); additional qualifications are a plus.
- Valid RSA ID.
