- Matric
- Post School: Hotel School diploma or equivalent
- Hospitality operational and co-ordination experience; previous sales experience advantage
- Windows applications – Word and Excel
- Strong organizational and time management skills; excellent interpersonal skills
- Work hours dependent on events but most likely Saturdays and could also include Sundays.
