Job description: A well-established manufacturing company based in Midrand is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to join their team!Requirements:
- Matric
- Minimum 2 years’ proven customer support experience
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills
- Familiar with CRM systems and practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
Responsibilities:
- Open and update customer accounts by recording account information
- Address product or service issues by identifying problems, selecting solutions, expediting corrections, and ensuring resolution
- Collect and analyze customer information to prepare product or service reports
- Support team goals by achieving related results as needed
- Handle high volumes of incoming calls
- Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction
- Build lasting relationships with customers through open communication
- Meet individual and team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Resolve complaints by providing timely solutions and following up for confirmation
- Contact customers to verify account information
- Assist with opening new accounts
- Facilitate order placement, refunds, or exchanges
- Process daily orders, coordinating with departments on stock, lead times, and availability
- Attempt to retain customers considering cancellation
- Use computer technology to manage high call volumes efficiently
Expected salary: R7000 – 13000 per month
