- Assist in the preparation and production of dishes
- Follow all standardized recipes and instructions given by all senior chefs.
- Comply with food safety and hygiene procures and standards.
- Assist in the decoration and presentation of dishes
- Adhere to all company procedures and policies.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Culinary school diploma.
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen. (1-2 years)
- Basic knowledge of ingredients, techniques, and equipment.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions given verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
