Job description: Admin Clerk (JB5155)Centurion, GautengR7 500 – R10 000 CTC per monthPermanentA leading South African producer and supplier of beverage products, recognized for our commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainability is seeking an office administrator to join their team in Centurion.This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a mix of administrative, invoicing, and receptionist duties in a fast-paced environment. The responsibilities include managing front-desk operations, handling invoicing, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Minimum RequirementsMatricMinimum 2 years experience in similar roleBasic invoicing experienceProficeint in client interaction, filing, and email correspondenceDuties and Responsibilities:Reception & Front Desk Management Answer and direct incoming calls professionally, assist visitors, and maintain a welcoming office environment.Administrative Support Perform general office duties such as filing, email correspondence, document management, and ensuring records are up to date.Invoicing & Order Processing Prepare and issue invoices to clients, compile invoice packs for stock picking, and ensure invoices are sent to the appropriate distributors.Coordination & Support Assist with basic office coordination, support internal teams with administrative tasks, and ensure smooth workflow.
Expected salary: R7500 – 10000 per month
