Job description: Job DescriptionJob TitleAccounts Payable Controller – DisbursementsReporting LineAccounts Payable SupervisorMain ResponsibilitiesPreparation of Daily, Weekly & Monthly Payments to Suppliers according to laid down proceduresDaily capturing of suppliers invoicesTaking responsibility for supplier recons and ensuring payment is made in accordance with supplier agreementsAllocation of payments & invoices to correct CreditorsLoading of payments on the bankFollow-up & Resolution of all AP account related queriesLoading of beneficiaries in the BankLiaising with other departments with regard to paymentsMonitoring Aged Payables and ensuring that any issues are resolved timeouslyAdhoc dutiesEssential SkillsComputer Literacy (MS Excel, Word, Outlook)Ability to work under pressureGood time management skillsAttention to detail and a high degree of accuracyExperience in working in a fast paced environmentGood Team PlayerMinimum RequirementsMatric CertificateRelevant Accounting qualificationMinimum of 3 Years experience in a similar role
Expected salary: R18000 – 28000 per month
