Job description: Our client, a well-established legal firm in Fourways, is seeking a highly organized and professional Personal/Secretarial Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative support to the Directors
Salary: R13 000 – R15 000 ctc based on experienceMinimum requirements:
- Matric
- Legal Secretarial qualification
- +5 years experience in a similar position
- Dictaphone typing
- Excellent typing skills
- Must be a quick learner and have the ability to work independently
- Ability to perform all administrative functions on behalf of the Directors
- Interacting with clients over the telephone, by email and/or in person
- Excellent communication skills
- Organizing and completing necessary documentation, monitoring matter/action item statuses
- Preparing documents for meetings
- Set-up and management of meetings
- Take accurate and comprehensive notes during meetings
- Assist with daily time management/diary management
- Run errands as requested
- Follow-up on action items
- Compilation of reports as instructed
- Updating director billing
