Job description: Job Summary Silverlakes, Pretoria East: LEGAL COLLECTIONS SECRETARY (Full day or half day) Minimum Requirements: -Presentable and professional -Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base) -Full function Debt Collection experience at a law firm a must -Fully independently functional -Computer literate in Caselines -Stable employment record and contactable references a must -Willing to commit to long term employment with firm -Reliable and meticulous -To start as soon as possible, preferably immediately -Full day and half day will be considered Duties: -Full legal Debt Collection function (including drafting of notices and pleadings, summonses etc.) -General legal administration (Opening of client files etc.) -Client liaison in Afrikaans and English Salary: R 10 000.00 – R 20 000.00 gross maximum (Depending on experience and qualification) E-mail detailed CV in Word or PDF (Not as a link) to and indicate the following: – Reference CR2679; and – Your monthly gross salary expectation in context with offered amount.
