We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to join our prestigious law firm, providing top-level support to our senior executives and assisting in our accounting bookkeeping department. Key Responsibilities: • Provide executive administrative support to senior leadership • Manage complex schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements • Prepare and review legal documents, reports, and correspondence • Oversee financial records, budgeting, and accounting tasks • Perform supporting duties within the accounting and bookkeeping department • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion • Serve as a liaison between executives, clients, and staff Qualifications: • Minimum of 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or PA • Solid understanding of accounting principles and experience in financial management • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software.
Expected salary: R25000 per month
