Handle activities relating to litigation, negotiations, CCMA & Labour court. Provide relevant and advanced internal and external legal training Draft legal correspondence, pleadings, opinions and contracts for clients utilising sound legal principles. Attend internal and external meetings and provide legal input where required. Administrative duties associated with the role which includes but not limited to timeous response to emails, submission of timesheets and travel claims, filing correspondence relating to all aspects of work for ease of reference. Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships with clients & stakeholders. Your expertise: 5-8 years of labour law experience representing parties in disciplinary investigations and arbitrations. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Specialised knowledge in Labour law for which appointment is made and sound general legal knowledge. Excellent understanding and knowledge of applicable legislation, regulations, law in general and corporate governance.
