Responsibilities:
- Prioritisation Expert: Filtering through high volumes of emails and correspondence to determine what’s critical and what can wait. Your ability to anticipate needs and flag urgent matters will keep the CEO informed and ahead of the game.
- Liaison & Coordinator: Serve as the key point of contact between the CEO and all internal/external stakeholders, ensuring professional, concise, and effective communication that reflects the company’s vision. Whether it’s liaising with executives, partners, or team members, you’ll facilitate smooth interactions at all levels.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: You don’t just react-you stay ahead of the curve. Anticipate potential issues, handle minor problems independently, and provide the CEO with summarised insights and well-thought-out recommendations to streamline decision-making.
- Inbox & Communication Management: Keep the CEO’s inbox organised and efficient. Monitor, categorise, and respond to emails on his behalf where appropriate, ensuring swift and professional replies
- Meeting & Agenda Oversight: Follow up with the relevant HOD’s to ensure all action points have been attended to before the meeting
- Ad Hoc Support: Be the extra pair of hands and eyes that keep things running smoothly. Assist with administrative tasks when needed, providing invaluable support to both the CEO and Senior Management.
Qualifications:
- Relevant University Degree or Diploma.advantageous
Experience:
- Must have proven experience as an Executive Assistant to Senior Management
Skills and Attributes:
- Exceptional Organisational Skills – Efficiently manage schedules, meetings, and travel plans while juggling multiple priorities.
- Prioritisation & Time Management – Identify urgent matters and ensure the CEO’s time is spent on what truly matters.
