- Diploma/bachelors degree in human resources or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 7 years proven experience in full cycle (360) process including offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Demonstrated success in both niche and bulk recruitment strategies.
- Proven expertise in headhunting strategies.
- Proficiency in managing ATS and utilizing it to optimize the recruitment process.
- Proven experience in platform and social media management for recruitment purposes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
