Job Title: Sales Development Representation

Job description: Our client in the Human Resources industry is currently looking for a Sales Development Representation, in Fourways, Johannesburg.Responsibilities:
- Build and sustain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities for our Sales team.
- Execute pre-developed targeted campaigns through phone calls and emails,
- Arranging introductory discovery meetings for the account director.
- Nurture and guide lead through the qualification process until they are ready for further discussions with our Sales team.
- Calling and emailing lists of targeted companies and contacts from pre-determined sales development campaigns (50-80 calls/day; 200+ emails/week)
- Understand and clearly articulate company solution and value to different influencer and buyer personas
- Leverage tools provided (i.e. LinkedIn, Matrix) to research target contacts and companies
- Arrange appointments for qualified prospects with the Account Director
- Document all prospect/account activity and track campaign progress CRM.
Requirements:
- Matric.
- Bachelor Degree in Technology or Marketing– Advantageous.
- 2 years in lead generation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- High achiever with track record of exceeding goals.
- Positive attitude and tenacity.
- Good listener with exceptional phone manners.
- Extremely organized and detail oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Highly preferred: Technology/software industry experience.
Remuneration:
- R10 000 – R15 000 per month dependent on qualification and experience.
Expected salary: R10000 – 15000 per month
