Job description: IN-HOUSE TALENT ACQUISITION CONSULTANT (Hybrid work model) CBD, Cape TownR40 000 R50 000 Per Month Negotiable depending on qualification and years of relevant experienceOur Client, a reputable Global Consulting Firm is currently expanding and in search of a bright, resourceful and tenacious professional to join their dynamic corporate services team.The key focus of this role is to source, select and acquire exceptional talent for the Company, both locally and internationally. Reporting to the Head of Human Capital, you will also assist in developing new recruitment processes and practices, which contribute to HR Team and company projects related to people practices.One would describe you as a highly organized, hands-on, resourceful and self-motivated professional who possesses high standards of achievement towards attention to detail and levels of accuracy.You are a entrepreneurial in nature and an assertive teamplayer who is also able to work well independently. Further to this you have excellent relationship building, sourcing and networking skills together with the ability to work well under pressure and manage workload and deadlines effectively.QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
- 4+ Years stable and proven end to end talent acquisition experience gained within a small to medium sized scaling corporate environment AND having handled complex roles
- An understanding of the management consulting environment would be advantageous and / or financial services or investment or energy or environmental or transport or water related industries
- Proven ability to adapt a recruitment strategy combined with resourceful sourcing skills
- Registration as a Psychometrist would be advantageous
- High levels of proficiency with MS Office and systems is essential
- A good understanding of South Africa labour legislation
- Prove negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to exercise appropriate judgment and discretion, especially when handling confidential information
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implementing and administering the full recruitment process including workforce planning, advertising, headhunting, leading opportunities via universities and events
- Full selection procedure, salary negotiations, offers, employment checks and onboarding
- Developing and implementing a robust and sustainable candidate sourcing strategy and methodology
- Running programs related to employment branding and talent attraction
- Managing content on the company website and external career pages
- Liaising with recruitment agencies and other candidate sourcing channels
- Building a talent pipeline and referral network
- Running graduate recruitment and internship initiatives
- Administering the Companys career portal, recruitment database
- Contributing to the development and implementation of best-fit people processes as part of the HR team
- Maintaining records, developing analytics, and reporting on recruitment trends and data
- Preparing candidate feedback incorporating selection and psychometric information
