The HR Officer will play a critical role in ensuring that our human resources operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in line with our company’s vision of providing excellent service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management.Description
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Administer employee benefits, payroll, and contracts.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Provide guidance on employee relations issues and resolve any grievances or conflicts.
- Monitor and support performance management and employee development programs.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of South African labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
