Job description: Job Summary Responsible for:
- The effective delivery of the HR functions of Regenesys Business School (South Africa, India and Nigeria), MyWealth Investments and Regenesys Foundation and any future branches or business units.
- Main Relationships: Liaises internally with management and staff. Liaises externally with regulatory bodies and suppliers
Duties:
- Strategic planning of resources, their utilisation and development so as to attract and retain top talent and ensure succession within the organisation
- Inculcate and drive a global performance management system that is linked to rewards, development and productivity
- Oversee and improve staff engagement and morale, and embed the Regenesys values and organisational culture though innovative OD mechanisms
- Provide leadership for equity and diversity planning including compiling and executing the B-BBEE plan
- Oversee all recruitment, IR and employee welfare matters and processes
- Review HR systems, policies and procedures and ensuring global alignment
- Oversee accurate staff administration records and processes
- Regularly identify, review and effectively manage HR risks
- Manage HR dashboard and data analytics
- Ensure and oversee global HR best practices
- Staff Management (recruitment, management and development)
- Facilitation at a senior level for MBA and undergraduate classes
Qualifications & Experience:
- An MBA / appropriate HR Masters qualification
- At least 5 years management experience demonstrating the ability to manage the HR function
- Thorough understanding of the relevant labour legislation and international staffing
- An HR generalist and subject matter expert
