You will play a pivotal role in managing client inquiries, converting them into sales, and ensuring a seamless customer journey from initial contact to post-booking engagement. - Monitor and respond to sales inquiries through phone, email, and CRM software.
- Address all inbound queries and booking requests for tours with professionalism and efficiency.
- Verify potential bookings by assessing rider skills and license status before approval.
- Handle incoming calls to the office number and manage live chat requests on the company website.
- Stay logged into Meta during office hours for real-time rider engagement.
- Engage with riders to understand their needs and recommend suitable tours based on their skills and preferences.
- Coordinate with tour leaders or destination managers to ensure rider-tour compatibility.
- Schedule and arrange phone calls between riders and tour leaders, managing time zones and availability.
- Log all communications and outcomes in the CRM system (P15).
- Follow up on inquiries and re-engage past leads, ensuring all are addressed by the end of each day.
- Review and update the operations team’s action plan based on tour leader diaries.
- Assist with rewriting itineraries and contribute to product (tour) development by suggesting enhancements.
- Collaborate with marketing to track tour bookings and align sales strategies.
- Review guest feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales handbook.
- Write and update website content as needed.
- Support ad-hoc tasks and rotational weekend email management.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in inbound sales, preferably dealing with international clients.
- Experience in the travel or tourism industry is advantageous.
- Home office setup with backup power supply and stable high-speed internet
- Strong client-centric approach with a sense of urgency and excellent work ethic.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and digital communication tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
