Your skills and commitment will help us provide an unparalleled experience for our guests and team members.What is required:A Residential Manager is the executive responsible for overseeing ongoing business operations, focusing on serviced places and group operational standards to enhance and maintain efficiency, standards, and service levels. This role is crucial in ensuring a positive living environment for residents by managing and controlling all self-catering apartments according to the company’s standards, while also maximizing revenues and profits within agreed budgetary limits.Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Must speak, read, write and understand English at a professional level
- Computer literate level 2 minimum experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook in particular)
- Qualification in Hospitality and Tourism Industry (advantageous)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the same or similar
- Previous experience in the same or similar position
- Familiar with duties and procedures in the self-catering department or Airbnb
