- Design and manage bespoke holidays tailored to clients’ preferences, ensuring unique and memorable travel experiences.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional travel services, packages, and exclusive experiences to enhance the client journey.
- Offer expert advice on destinations, itineraries, and services, guiding clients to make informed decisions.
- Manage client inquiries, bookings, and related administrative tasks efficiently and professionally.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring clients are supported and satisfied throughout the booking process.
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends to offer clients innovative and relevant travel solutions.
QualificationsRelevant qualification in Travel or Tourism preferredSkillsAt least 3 years experience in a similar role within an Inbound Tour Operator or Game Lodge essential.Good communication skills.Experience in dealing with international clients preferred.Tourplan/Panstrat/Galileo/Amadeus – or similar booking tool.Must be able to work UK working hours (9-6pm & 10-7pm depending on the season) – this is not negotiable.
