Job description: The Executive Personal Assistant will work directly with the CEO and will be responsible for supporting the planning, administration, communication, reporting and following up the needs of the CEO and undertaking a variety of tasks to support his vision and strategy.Responsibilities:
Calendar management: Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements efficiently, considering priorities and deadlines
Communication: Serve as the primary contact for the CEO, screening and prioritizing emails, phone calls and correspondence, and responding on their behalf when appropriate
Document Management: Draft, edit and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as requested, ensuring accuracy and professionalism
Meeting co-ordination: Coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation, venue booking, catering arrangements and logistics
Travel arrangements: Arrange domestic and international travel for the CEO, including flight bookings, hotel accommodation, transportation and visa processing
Financial Administration: Assist with expense reporting and other tasks to support the CEO’s administrative needs
Special Projects: Support the CEO in special projects, initiatives, and research assignments as needed
Requirements and skills
Drivers license and own vehicle
A qualification as a Personal Assistant is advantageous
Proven experience as an Executive Personal Assistant to a senior executive
Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage time and workload efficiently
