Job description: Kendrick Recruitment is Currently Seeking a Lodge Anchor with a Focus on Housekeeping!Are you a hospitality superstar with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences?Join our vibrant team as a Lodge Anchor, where you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining the beauty and comfort of our lodge while ensuring guests feel right at home!Primary Duties:Housekeeping:
- Conduct stock takes and manage laundry and housekeeping equipment.
- Maintain quality control of all linen and oversee storeroom cleanliness.
- Issue stock, maintain public areas, and perform room checks.
- Manage budgets, controls, and accurate par levels.
- Provide training for housekeeping and laundry staff as needed.
Guest Relations:
- Host guests during breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.
- Conduct daily courtesy calls and assist with check-ins and check-outs.
- Support early departures and late arrivals with a warm smile.
Secondary Duties: (when other Lodge Anchors are on leave)
- Oversee front office day sheets, guest information, and invoicing.
- Assist with service in dining venues.
Package:
- Salary: DOE
- Uniform, meals, and accommodation with your own bathroom.
- Provident fund contribution of 50%.
