Job description: Job Description :A leading provider of industrial kitchen/catering equipment solutions, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Accounts & New Business Development Manager. As a mid-level employee with at least 8 years of experience, including a minimum of 4 years managing large clients and projects, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts. Your ability to confidently interact with senior project managers and corporate managers will be essential in ensuring the continued growth of the client partnerships. This is a permanent, full-time, in-office position based in Maitland CT. .Responsibilities:Kitchen Planning & Project Management (10%)Identifying clients needsUnderstanding kitchen planning and matching that with the client’s needsPlanning and feeding back on drawings, as well as service drawingsPresenting final result to clientWorking hand in hand with project team on managing key account projects and general client orders or projectsNew Business: Through Key Accounts & New Clients (40%)Key Accounts:Expansion on current key account businessExpand product lines/share of businessDeveloping strategic growth plans for each key accountNew Clients:Market research and analysis in identifying new business opportunities and partnershipsBuilding relationships with potential clientsDeveloping and pitching proposalsNegotiating agreements /closingCollaborating with internal teamsMeeting sales targets and revenue goalsReport to Branch Manager on progress of new businessKey Accounts Management (40%)Building strong relationships with selected key account decision makersUnderstanding client needs and providing tailored solutionsManaging client expectations and resolving issuesWork with projects team to deliver projects with excellenceAdd value to interpreted drawings and do quotesStrategic thinking and problem-solvingFollow up on high value quotesReaching target set out for the financial yearVisit sites, attend meetingsManage the sales process for these personal clientsSales Administration & Problem Solving (10%)Identify and prioritise problemsGather data and informationAnalyse root causesDevelop and implement solutionsMonitor and evaluate resultsCollaborate with cross functional teamsCommunication with technical team on issue to resolveExecution on general client ordersEnsuring correct documentation and information has been given for deliveries on general client ordersRequirements
