Key Responsibilities:Social Media Management:
- Align social media strategies with business goals.
- Drive direct bookings and revenue through organic social media campaigns.
- Manage and optimize social media profiles on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure the brand remains a leader in luxury travel.
Content Creation and Storytelling:
- Create visually stunning and experience-driven content that promotes the luxury lifestyle.
- Craft compelling captions and engaging stories highlighting the brand’s unique offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with broader campaigns.
- Create and edit short-form videos, graphics, and multimedia content using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and CapCut.
Community Engagement and Brand Building:
- Engage with followers, guests, and influencers to build a loyal community.
- Respond promptly to comments, messages, and reviews to maintain a strong brand reputation.
- Leverage user-generated content (UGC) and collaborate with travel bloggers and influencers.
Social Commerce and Direct Booking Growth:
- Utilize social media platforms to drive direct bookings.
- Implement remarketing campaigns to re-engage users and encourage bookings.
- Use social media campaigns and incentives to drive sales.
Analytics and Performance Reporting:
- Track and report KPIs such as engagement, reach, conversions, and revenue.
- Use tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Metricool to inform strategy.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving organic social media performance.
Influencer and Supplier Management:
- Identify and manage relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators.
- Collaborate with videographers and other suppliers to ensure high-quality content.
Collaboration and Cross-Department Coordination:
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and reservation teams to align messaging and campaigns.
- Support property teams in creating on-brand content and engaging with guests.
- Coordinate with PR and Digital Marketing teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
Administrative Tasks:
- Schedule posts using media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite).
- Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting.
