Job description: We are currently recruiting for a receptionist for our client’s hotel.Duties:
- Providing all guests and key stakeholders with exceptional customer service.
- General front desk duties including checking guests in/out, making reservations, answering enquiries.
Requirements:Hospitality industry/guest service experience required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, highly organised with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive work attitude and able to work in a small team environment.
Can work unsupervised at times.
Computer skills required but training will be given.
Must be able to deal with all aspects of customer service.
