Job description: Laeding Hospitality Group is requiring a hands-on Hotel Marketing Co-Ordinator.Minimum Rrequirements:
- South African Citizens
- Marketing/PR Qualification Preferred
- Marketing experience : 3 years
- SEO or webtraffic metrics experience: 3 years (Preferred)
- Social Media Key Performance Indicator experience: 3 years (Preferred)
- Clear Criminal and Credit record.
- Must reside in Gauteng – must be able to interview in person in Sandton in-person
Job Scope:
- Involved in drafting Marketing Campaigns with CSMO
- Co Ordinating all Marketing collateral within both businesses
- Managing Stock (Ordering and issuing)
- Co-Ordinating all Advertising within both businesses and where necessary liase with Social Media
- Work within budget parameters where required
- Co Ordinate and proof all content for monthly Internal Newsletter together with CSMO
- Co Ordinate and proof all content for RFP magazines together with CSMO
- Arrange for timeous printing therof.
- Co Ordinate all Lounge advertising with outside agencies. (TVs, Web landing page & Backlit Boards) Packages
- Ensure all agreements are signed
- Ensure ACSA agreements are signed and distributed timeously
- Liase with publisher of Premier magazine ( quantities, Lounge personal content, deliveries monthly)
- Liase with wine consultant regarding writeups in Premier Magazine Quarterly
- Liase with wine consultant and Procurement on setting up wine tastings quarterly
- Liase and assist HR with special events (Annual Awards, Birthdays,Work Anniversaries, Valentines day, Easter / Eid, etc)
- Co Ordinate and where necessary attend any Trade Shows/Exibitions representing the Businesses.
- Co-Ordinate end of year HQ lunches. Assist Ops Execs where necessary for regions lunches.
