- Matric/ Grade 12 / Senior Certificate
- Min of 1 years experience in a similar Hostess role
- A good understanding of Restaurant Etiquette
- Experience in managing restaurant Reservations
- Be a team player
- Have excellent customer service skills
- Good communication skills
- Be an organized individual with the ability to monitor the entire dining and bar area
- Availability to work within hospitality hours (e.g. evenings, public holidays, weekends)
- Be fit and able to be on your feet for extended periods
- Comfortable in dealing with very distinguished clientele
- Able to handle a high-pressure environment
- Must be well-presented and enthusiastic personality
