Job description: Award-winning game reserve, with 2 luxury lodges on site in North West Province offers guests the BIG FOUR and bespoke bush experiences including game drives, hiking, spa treatments, events, mountain biking…As the Reservations / Guest Relations Manager, you will be responsible for 2 x lodges, restaurants / bars on the property; fine-dining dinners, as well as assisting with the launch of the new Venue (BBQ Style) – which hangs over the hippo dam!– An excellent knowledge of Nightsbridge is essential as is Excel– Both lodges are extremely busy but boutique– You will have experience working on Canva as you can get creative and assist the owners with Instagram and Facebook content and video reels…This is an office based position but will require weekend work.You will have a lodge or boutique hotel background.More about the package:
– Good quality single accommodation / own unit provided
– This is not a management couple position.
– 5 day working week. (Not a 6-week cycle like other lodges) – Live-in
– Must have own transport
– Commute to Pretoria – 1 hour
