Job description: CRUISE ADMINISTRATORCAPE TOWN, CBDR12 000 – R14 000 CTCMinimum requirements:
- Assist the Cruise team with all administrative duties for Shorex-
- Overlands, Pre/Post Hotel & Land Programs and Turnaround calls for International Cruise Line Operations & the occasional quayside assistance and/or Turnaround operation
- Assist the Cruise team with administrative duties including preparing of Guide Floats, preparing of Guide documents including coach signage etc., opening up of TA bookings and insert service lines, generating vouchers if needed & emailing to suppliers, approving of supplier invoices via M-files, checking of rooming lists and flight name lists and more
- Assisting in booking of services i.e. accommodation, suppliers, transport, flights, guides etc.
- Calling tour guides to arrange meeting time for handing over docs or simply reconfirming their services
- Research new product (day tour, hotels, transport etc.) and maintain supplier relationships
- Great administration skills
- Attention to detail
- Manage well under stress / attend to numerous tasks at one time
