- 5 years’ experience in a similar role as a Project Manager
- Excellent knowledge of budgets, cost control measures, stock, stock control
- Good culinary flair with the ability and knowledge to assist with menu development and function design
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Experience in management of small and large functions
- Good knowledge of OHSE requirements
- Experience in managing a large number of staff in a team and be confident in HR related matters, staff training and upskilling
- Strong leader
