Job description: Our client is currently seeking an Assistant Spa Manager (with emphasis on Guest experience) to take responsibility for overseeing the front desk operations. You will be responsible for the reception and retail areas, coordinate diaries and therapists, while ensuring efficient and effective administration of the facility.Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesYour role involves managing the reception and retail areas, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth administration. Responsibilities include supervising staff, handling customer inquiries and feedback, managing online reputation, confirming bookings, and financial management. You’ll also build client relationships, promote spa services, and handle inventory. Minimum requirements include Matric, a Business Administration qualification or spa industry experience, proficiency in ESP software, and at least 2 years in the wellness industry. Leadership experience and computer literacy are essential, with Opera Software experience being advantageous.
